EGA: Safety incident

An investigation has been launched after two workers died during routine maintenance operation at Emirates Global Aluminium site in Dubai. EGA said in a statement that its emergency response procedures were activated, and the relevant authorities in Dubai were notified and have been providing support at Jebel Ali.
