1. PRODUCT: ALUMINIUM BILLET 6063
It has generally good mechanical properties and is heat treatable and alloyed mixing for mostly used in extruded shapes for architecture, particularly window frames, door frames, roofs, and sign frames. It is typically produced with very smooth surfaces fit for anodizing product. Smoother surface finish billet can be cut on any required length of customers
In the heat treated condition, alloy 6063 provides good resistance to general corrosion, including resistance to stress-corrosion cracking. It is easily welded or brazed by various commercial methods
Our billet 6063 is alloyed mixing with Sillicon, iron, maganese, chromium...base on American standard. The composition, dimension and length can be changed following the customers' requirements.
3. MANUFACTURING PROCESS:
Our process of manufacture is set on international standard of aluminium quality controlling on each step:
Review on Material:
Checking for material quality and component of raw material (primary aluminium). Checking random in our lap on each lot of ingot material before feeding to melting.
Melting and alloyed mixing:
A physical process that results in the phase transition of a substance from a solid to a liquid. Ingots are melted to 660 Celsius Degree, the boiling temperature, then the alloys (Silicon, Manganese, Nickel, Copper and Chromium….) will be added to determine the types of alloyed aluminium.
During horizontal continuous casting, metal flows out the front of the crucible and into a water-cooled die where solidification takes place. Manufacturing process by which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify.
Fixed length cutting:
Depend on the requirement, we will cut the billet on any demand of customers. Our standard length is 7,300mm, after cutting 2 site of billet it will be 6,500mm, smaller size can be easy to cut, automatically cuts the bar to a uniform length for delivery to the cooling rack and then to inventory.
After casting most aluminum alloys are typically subjected to homogenizing heat treatment, which for casting alloys can be combined with isothermal tempering before quenching and cooling for finishing product. It can be ensured of defect free and excellent extrusion and uniform final product.
4. MATERIAL: PRIMARY ALUMINIUM INGOT.
We use primary Aluminium ingots as our raw materials, which is source and selected from different countries based on the composition and surface to ensure the best quality.
