Aluminum Association Welcomes Four New Member Companies
National Safety Apparel, International Thermal Systems, Nutec Bickley and MINO S.p.A. join as Associate Members
ARLINGTON, VA – The Aluminum Association announced today the addition of four new member companies, National Safety Apparel, International Thermal Systems, Nutec Bickley and MINO S.p.A. All four companies join as associate members – any firm that supplies the aluminum industry with goods and services.

- National Safety Apparel: National Safety Apparel, based out of Cleveland, Ohio, is a fourth generation, family-owned leading USA manufacturer of safety apparel for six key industrial markets: Arc Flash, Flash Fire, Thermal, Cut, High Visibility, and FR/Arc Rainwear - and the Military.
- International Thermal Systems, LLC: Headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, International Thermal Systems is a global original equipment manufacturer of industrial process ovens, furnaces, washers and associated material-handling equipment for applications in automotive, aerospace, power generation, battery manufacturing, building products, foundry and metal packaging industries.

- MINO S.p.A: MINO S.p.A., based in Italy, is known worldwide as an engineering and manufacturing company of high quality rolling mills supplied to the ferrous and non-ferrous industry sectors. In the aluminum and aluminum alloys sector, MINO provides hot rolling mills, single-stand reversing or multi-stand/tandem type, cold rolling mills, single-stand or multi-stand/tandem type, either four-high or six-high and thin gauge and foil mills.
The four new companies join during the eighth straight year of demand growth for the industry, with demand up 45.1 percent since 2009. However, persistent illegally subsidized Chinese overcapacity is distorting the market and hurting the entire domestic aluminum value chain.
The Aluminum Association is committed to combatting unfair and unsustainable trade practices to ensure the continued health of the entire industry. Most recently, the Aluminum Association’s Trade Enforcement Working Group won an antidumping and countervailing duties investigation on certain aluminum foil imports from China, the association’s first-ever trade case of its kind. As membership continues to grow, the association will continue to advocate for rules-based trading practices.
