RUSAL: Sustainable efforts

RUSAL has announced an ambitious pledge to plant over one million trees in Russia as part of its climate strategy aimed at reducing the Company’s carbon footprint. The initiative represents Russia’s largest ever forest restoration project. During the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, the Company signed an agreement to plant the trees with the Federal Forestry Agency and the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory as part of a voluntary project aimed at reducing carbon emissions.
